Take a seat in our faculty's committees

Work in the committees of the University of Bern
The faculty committees of the University of Bern handle administrative and internal decisions, including the selection of new professors, organization of university infrastructure, etc. As a member of one of these committees, you represent the students' interests, including your own. If you participate for at least six months, your work can be recognized in the form of a certificate, which will be included in your diploma supplement, which you can then add to your application form. Participate in the project "UnVergessen"

"UnVergessen" project by the Institute of Slavic Languages and Literatures at the University of Bern
The Institute of Slavic Languages and Literatures has launched the "UnVergessen" project. Students visit elderly people in retirement homes for a semester to speak together in their native languages, offering a form of language exchange (Sprachtandem).
